A five-hour brainstorming event Thursday

Seneca officials will be asked Thursday to clear the cobwebs and focus on strategic planning for their city.  Specifically, where does Seneca stand today in relation to goals from three years ago.  Leading the Seneca Strategic Planning Retreat will be Trey Eubanks, government services manager for the Appalachian Council of Governments.  He will lead the city officials, step-by-step, through a process to identify goals, specifics, measurable, attainable, and relevant.
