A city hall deadline today

Some of us at this date have yet to figure out the place settings for Thanksgiving Day, yet if you are thinking about this year’s Walhalla Christmas parade, this is a deadline day.  If you wish to enter the December 2 parade and have yet to do so, you must submit your entry today online or in person at city hall.  This year’s parade theme is “A Gingerbread Christmas.”  Filming and judging will take place on the City Green (next to Arby’s).  Emcees will introduce each entry as it passes; however, no entry will be allowed to stop. Entries may pause for a 30 second or less routine in front of the City Green for purposes of filming and judging.  Parade judges will pick winners for Best of Parade, Best Youth Group, or Best Antique, Classic or Exotic vehicle or both.
