$52,500 in scholarship award money

The Town of Highlands, North Carolina Scholarship Committee is recommending the award of $52,500 worth of scholarships this year.  Among the graduating seniors in line for the largest awards are Jeffrey Olvera, valedictorian, and Hayley Borino, salutatorian.
