2nd phase approach for Oconee’s YMCA

A busy Foothills Y is approaching a second phase expansion.  The CEO, Christle Ross, confirms that a legal ad for a request for qualifications is aimed, in part, in finding a construction manager at risk for a new phase that might include a gymnasium as well as a second swimming pool.  Often the YMCA parking lot on the grounds of the hospital is filled.  Many of the Y’s members are taking advantage of the large indoor pool.
