1,000-plus blood donations to Florida

Anticipating the impact on hospitals, the Carolinas and Georgia Blood Connection has already sent more than 1,000 blood donations to Florida.  Hospitals are stocking up ahead of the expected storm impacts.  It’s essential, according to the Blood Connection, that donors replenish the supply now.
