Zoning variance granted in Seneca

At a builder’s request, the Seneca Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a variance amounting to five feet to the setback requirements at a single-family house site.  The variance was granted during a board meeting Thursday night at city hall.  Integrity Builders applied for the variance on behalf of property owners Clifton and Lisa Henry.  According to Ed Halbig, board staff member, the board was influenced by the narrow width and topographic challenges                                                                                                                                                                                                                           at 400 Lorain Pointe Circle.
