Zoning changes sought to allow for new Seneca homes

Developers will go before a Seneca regulatory board Monday night for zoning changes to allow them to build new homes on properties south of the railroad tracks. If one of the re-zoning applications is eventually approved, for Planned Development-Residential zoning, Seasons Building Company could build more than 30 new homes on properties at ES 7th and S. Townville streets. A second hearing Monday will involve a separate request for what’s described as “several” new houses on properties along ES 6th, S. Walnut, and S. Cherry streets.
