Zoning change recommended in Westminster

If final approval is given, the upstairs section of a former dentist office in Westminster may be converted to living quarters.  The city planning commission last night voted 4-0 to recommend a change of zoning at 215 Lucky Street from one-family residential to multi-family residential.  The planning commissioners acted on the application of Holly and Nathaniel Douglas.  Planning Chairman Wendell Tidwell says the change will be forwarded for consideration by the city council in January.
