Zoning appeal to be heard

At its first meeting of 2020, the Oconee Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a variance request.  The issue is whether to grant a 20-foot variance from a 25-foot front setback requirement from the right-of-way line on property on the Clemson Boulevard.  The public hearing will be 6 o’clock Monday night, January 27 in the chambers of Oconee County Council at Walhalla.
