Wooden boardwalks to be replaced

The near 15-year old wooden boardwalks of Clemson’s Abernathy Lakefront Park are being replaced, and the city is looking for volunteers to help get the job done.  Those boardwalks have become worn and weathered.  The new boardwalks are to be replaced with Trex, a more durable composite material expected to last 25 to 30 years.
