Woman accused of firing gun outside nightspot
The police in Seneca arrested and charged a woman after she allegedly fired a gun outside a nightspot. Law enforcement records show Cindy Lou Burns was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm inside the city. According to a police report, Burns is accused of firing a .357 into the ground early Saturday morning outside a Ramcat Alley establishment after the bartender staff took her car keys.
