With city help, money infused downtown

Business people, with a boost from their city, continue to invest money in the Seneca downtown.  Scott Moulder, city administrator, reported to the mayor and council last night that in its dying days a city program to assist start-ups has approved five grants.  They include assistance to Sebastian and Michela Bickel to plan to convert a former dress shop at 1st Street and N. Walnut into a European-style restaurant serving French cuisine.  Another grant goes to the Redmond Boys who will take a building and convert it to a clay pottery business.
