Wilma Fendley
Westminster – Wilma Wilson Fendley, 76, wife of the late Daniel Mackie Fendley, passed away Monday, November 2nd, 2020 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Wilma was born in Clayton, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Annie Bell Lamb Wilson. Mrs. Fendley was a homemaker, and was a member of South Union Baptist Church, and had a great love for reading, her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Allan Fendley of Westminster; daughters, Sharon Fendley of Westminster and Karen Chappell and husband Heath of Westminster; brother, Gary Wilson of Highlands, North Carolina; sisters, Rose Burkett of Central, Marsha Chastain of Highlands, North Carolina, and Leigh Anna Kennemore of Franklin, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Lana Craig, Jason Edwards and Nikki Edwards.
In addition to her parents, and husband, Daniel Mackie Fendley, she is preceded in death by her sister, Willine Robinson, and a brother, Edward Wilson.
A funeral service will be held 3 pm, Thursday, November 5th, 2020 at South Union Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, Thursday, November 5th, 2020, prior to the service at the church.
