WGOG’s Year in Review to air four times

What can you say about the year 2021 in Oconee County?  There was a lot to say about COVID-19 and its continuing impact on the health and other aspects of the lives of everyone.  2021 was a year that Oconee celebrated the opening of a memorial to the 9-11 attacks 20 years ago.  It was a difficult year for three Oconee County elected officials, who found themselves in investigations.  Near year’s end the sewer service predicament of what sewer service is going to cost in the future reared itself as a major story, especially considering Seneca threat’s to sue its fellow Oconee sewer partners.  All of this and more is contained in our annual Year in Review, which will air four times as we close out 2021 and welcome 2022. Please join as on the following days and times for the YIR, brought to you by the Oconee Economic Alliance:  the noon hour Sunday, December 26; Friday, December 31 at 5 pm; noon Saturday, January 1; and the noon hour Sunday, January 2.
