Westminster testing project scaled back

A Georgia company’s project to administer COVID-19 tests in Westminster three days a week has been scaled back to one day only.  The reason, according to a Covid Consortium spokeswoman, is small numbers of people who want to be tested.  Tests are being given on Wednesdays only, from 9 to 3 in the parking lot of the Community Depot on Main Street.  The consortium’s Sharon Skey says there’s also a question of whether the city will allow them to stay beyond this week.  She says the testing is willing to extend if its volumes pick up.
