Westminster makes an offer

Westminster has pitched an offer to an as yet publicly unidentified person for a top city job.  The city council held an executive session last night, and this morning Mayor Brian Ramey said, “An offer was made to an individual for a position of electrical supervisor/possible Utility Director.”
