Westminster–a city in the dark

Westminster lost electric power during the 8 o’clock hour last night.  The city sent out the following message: “The city has lost power and crews are working to find the cause.  Phones at city hall are being affected….No timetable on when power will be restored….”  According to one Westminster source, something lit up the sky and then everything went dark.  Sirens everywhere.  Lots of police activity on Doyle Street.
