Warning sounded for a second wave

As South Carolina and places such as Walhalla move to open up their economies comes  a dire warning in a story in the Washington Post.  The newspaper story quotes a research team as warning that parts of the South are in danger of a second wave of coronavirus infections over the next four weeks.  The researchers use cellphone data to track social mobility and forecast the trajectory of the pandemic.  In particular, they raise concern about Dallas, Houston, the southeast Florida coast, and other places in the South where there economies are rapidly being re-opened.
