Wanted man — armed and dangerous

The Westminster police request the public’s help with information on a suspect they consider to be armed and dangerous.  According to the police, Noah Elijah Cleveland is wanted by the department to answer to two counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime. The police department alert states:  “Please do not attempt to apprehend.  Call 911 if you see him or know of his whereabouts.”
