Two-way race tomorrow in Salem

Voters in Salem are being asked to cast ballots in a special election tomorrow to fill the office of mayor. Two councilmen are the candidates—Kevin Talley and Lynn Towe. The winner gets to the fill the term vacated with the death last summer of long time mayor Diane Head.
