Two smash ups on By-Pass 123
A downpour suddenly developed at mid afternoon yesterday on the 123 Seneca By-Pass. So did a pair of car accidents–one near the Seneca Drive/Mountain View Drive traffic lights; the other, near Dienner’s Restaurant. EMS on the scene at both of those accidents.
