Two sheriff’s pursuits result in the arrest of same driver

A 24-year old man near Westminster was placed under arrest Wednesday night on charges that arise from two separate vehicle chases – one on February 11 and the other on February 23.  From the February 11 pursuit in the area of Fire Tower Road, Kenneth Charles Goss was charged with the following offenses:  failure to stop for a blue light; reckless driving; unlawful use of a tag; operating an un-insured vehicle; and operating an un-registered vehicle.  The second chase, February 23, involved the Tabor Road near Westminster.  From that chase, the following charges were placed against 24-year old Goss:  failure to stop for a blue light; reckless driving; driving under suspension; malicious injury to real property; operating an un-registered vehicle; and unlawful carrying a pistol. Later, investigators said, silver Ford Ranger was found at an accident scene in a pasture on the Jenkins Bridge Road.  The vehicle had struck a metal farm gate.
