Two men charged with burglaries at homeless shelter

Two men are in custody charged in separate burglaries at Seneca’s Our Daily Rest. The crimes occurred Tuesday and Wednesday. By Wednesday, the police had their suspects corralled, but in the process blood spilled. Two police officers and one of the suspects fell thru a plate glass window at the Main Street Garage building. They sustained cuts, scrapes and bruises. Chief John Covington says his investigator, Michael Teramano, was the most seriously hurt. Teramano required stitches. Arrested on charges of burglary first degree were Dylan Trevor Bernard and Robert Wesley Quarles II.
