Truck delivery replenishes Oconee’s vaccine supply

In many parts of the country, severe weather postponed or cancelled vaccinations, but providers in Houston, Texas are hopeful today of resuming some testing and vaccine operations. In Oconee this week, eligible members of the public rolled up sleeves for the vaccine at places such as the Prisma Oconee Memorial Hospital and the CVS drug store in Seneca.  One vaccine worker at the Oconee hospital said shots in the arm were put on a temporary pause during the noon hour yesterday, until a truck arrived with a new supply of Pfizer dozes.
