Trials scheduled this month

A verbal argument that turned violent near Seneca in the spring of 2011 will make its way into the Oconee Court of General Sessions during the October term. The office of Circuit Solicitor Chrissy Adams has announced plans to call to trial the state’s case against Tyson Tyrone Watt. The young Seneca man faces charges of attempted murder and possession of weapon during a violent crime in the wounding of Tevin Jamel Lewis on East Main Street May 5, 2011. Trial is planned the week of October 15-19 in Walhalla. Other trials  trials charge defendants  with criminal domestic violence of high and aggravated nature and  burglary second degree and grand larceny.
