Traffic mishaps — Seneca area
A motorcyclist may have suffered a broken leg in a mishap with his bike this morning near Seneca. The cross-trained personnel from the fire department also reported a separate minor accident at Shiloh and Carson Roads. No one hurt in that accident, according to Chief Caudill.
