TONY TYLER
Seneca- Tony Tyler, 74, passed away on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at his residence.
Born in Franklin, North Carolina, Tony was the son of the late Carl Tyler and Louise Jenkins Tyler. Tony was a carpenter, of the Baptist Faith, and he enjoyed fishing and Nascar.
Tony is survived by his sons, Tony E. Tyler (Nancy Flowers) of Seneca, Jonathan Tyler (Kim Kelley) of Seneca, Jason Burton (Amanda Prichard) of Westminster, Tony Burton (Ashley) of Liberty; daughter, Lisa Tyler Queen of Westminster, Kim Mitchell (Hogg) of Seneca, Tracey Taylor of Seneca, Betty Cox of Seneca; brothers, Fabien Clark, Russell Clark, Randy Clark; sisters, Kathy Cunningham, Norma Jean Harrison, Donna Lynn Suttles; 20 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Tony is preceded in death by his son, Jerry Burton; and sister, Patricia Clark.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm, Monday, October 24, 2022, at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
