Today’s South Carolina COVID numbers

Once again, South Carolina has surpassed one thousand new confirmed cases of COVID-19 for a 24-hour period.  The DHEC numbers reported today reflect the count that ended at 11:59 Tuesday night.  Of 1,200 new cases, 26 of them were Oconee County residents.  Statewide, the death toll rose by four South Carolina residents.  Of 9,604 test results received, the positivity was 15.4%.
