To testify or to remain silent

When court resumes this afternoon Bowdy Crowe-Key, an Oconee General Sessions defendant, will announce whether he will take the stand in his own defense. The state rested around mid day, having called Sgt. Phillip Bryant of the Sheriff’s Office as its last witness. Judge McIntosh advised Crowe-Key that he has the right to either take the stand or not take the stand. The prosecution presented a case, seeking a verdict of guilty to the charge of burglary second degree.
