Westminster- Timothy Ray Cooper, 58, of 340 Conard Dr, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at Oconee Memorial Hospital. A private burial service will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 4 pm at Long Creek Memorial Gardens. The family is at the respective homes.
