Teresa Denise Gibson
Westminster– Teresa Denise Gibson, 57, wife of Delane Edward Gibson, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021, at Prisma Health – Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Teresa was born in Cannon, Georgia, and was the daughter of the late Howard Wood and Barbara Pickens Wood. Teresa was a disabled CNA who formerly worked with Mariner Health Care. Teresa enjoyed spending time in the mountains and her greatest love and joy was spending time with her grandbabies.
In addition to her loving husband, Teresa is survived by sons, Justin Wood and Zachary Gibson of the home; daughter, Daphne Gibson (Byron Storay) of Fountain Inn; brothers, Danny Wood of Easley, Roger Wood of Salem, Keith Wood of Seneca; sister, Shelia Patterson of Seneca; grandchildren, Avery, Abbey and Axel, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
