Tech ceremony moved indoors

The threat of more rain today has prompted Tri-County Technical College to move its new building dedication and ribbon-cutting indoors at the Pendleton campus.  It will be an 11 am event to celebrate the opening of the Student Success Center, and a large crowd of Oconee, Pickens and Anderson residents is expected.  Among those making remarks will be John Powell of Walhalla, chairman of the Tech Commission; State Representative Bill Sandifer of Seneca; and Edda Cammick, chairwoman of the Oconee County Council.
