Westminster – Ms. Tammy Renee Lawson Certain, 48, of 525 Towoods Street, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at her residence. A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
