Surveying Westminster power customers

Westminster is interested in what its electric power customers think of their service.  The city has opted in to allow a third-party vendor through the PMPA to conduct a customer satisfactory survey.  In the next four to six weeks, third-party vendor Great Blue will call Westminster customers and ask 33 questions that focus on customer satisfaction.  Kevin Bronson, city administrator, says the results of the survey will be shared with the public and the city council.
