Speed enforcement in Seneca took place yesterday
Blue lights flashed and Seneca police cars took up spots along the 123 By-Pass. Chief Bowling says yesterday morning’s initiative was an attempt to convince the driving public to ease up on the gas pedal along the stretch of 4-lane highway where the limit is 45 MPH.
