Special Seneca meeting tonight

Two meetings are scheduled tonight at the Seneca City Hall. The mayor and council will convene a work session at 6 o’clock. Following that, there will be a special council meeting. One of the business items tonight is the renewal of an agreement to pay public defender fees.
