South Carolina Football

South Carolina understands the challenge in front of them. They’re prepared for it.  The Gamecocks host No. 1 Georgia (2-0) on Saturday at noon, seeking just their second win against the Bulldogs since 2015.  The defending national champion Bulldogs have yet to allow a touchdown this season and boast the nation’s top-scoring defense through the first two weeks of the year. But while the task of facing the top team in the country is a daunting one, South Carolina is eager to play, and play well in front of a national audience.  During his weekly press conference, Beamer appealed to the Gamecock faithful, imploring them to show up and help create an electric environment ahead of the early game.
