South Carolina and Clemson COVID numbers

New South Carolina COVID cases reported yesterday by DHEC numbered 527.  The one-day death toll reported by DHEC was 22, including the death Monday of an elderly Oconeean.  A total of 44 new cases were reported in Oconee County.  The total number of individual test results reported to DHEC Monday was 4,007 and the positivity was 13.2%.  Clemson University chipped in with new test     numbers.  For the week that ended last Saturday, the university reported 433 positive cases out of 7,481 tests.  The positive number was about one-half what it was the previous week.  By Saturday, a total of 259 Clemson students and employees were in isolation quarantine.
