Some traveling music for the Seneca PD

As early as next week, the main operations of the Seneca police are transferring to a new location—the city’s industrial complex on the Shiloh Road.  “Just our main operations are moving to Shiloh Road,” says Chief Bowling.  The long-time location on N. Depot Street below city hall will remain the police communications center, and the lobby there will continue to be open to the public.  The department’s training center, behind TR Graphics, is unaffected by the move to the Seneca Industrial Complex at 320 Shiloh Road, Unit A.  The city council was apprised of this last night and, at the same time, heard City Administrator Moulder say Seneca is welcoming a developer’s project to transform the former JP Stevens plant, now a part of the corporate limits.  That project, Seneca Mill Apartments, is planned for hundreds of apartment homes, both for affordable living incomes as well as market prices for units converted at old textile mill properties.
