Smoke arises from truck accident scene

Much of the 11-123 interchange between Seneca and Westminster remains blocked at this hour — the result of what county officials say was a truck accident around the noon hour that took down power lines and, perhaps, ignited a brush fire.  We are told there are no injuries.  101.7/WGOG NEWS has an unconfirmed report the truck that wrecked apparently had just left one of the manufacturing plants located in the vicinity of the interchange.  There is white smoke in the air, the sky to the back of the nearby state highway maintenance shop is especially shrouded.
