Shooting part of weekend Seneca altercation

One person was wounded by gunfire yesterday in an early morning altercation in downtown Seneca. The wounded person, not identified by the police, was scheduled for surgery but, according to Chief John Covington, is expected to make a full recovery. Covington says, “This occurred at Bistro 27 across from NAPA and beside the gas station on N. Cherry Street. We have a person of interest identified and are working to locate this person.”
