SHIRLEY TOWE

Westminster – Shirley Ann Rogers Towe, 74, wife of the late George Towe, passed away on Saturday, September 16^th, 2023 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

 

Born in Seneca, South Carolina, Shirley was the daughter of the late Ernest Junior Rogers and Cecil Irene James Tannery. 

 

Shirley is survived by a brother; Arnold Rogers of Westminster; two sisters, Helen Honea (Roger) of Westminster and Kitty Rogers of Greenville.

 

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and husband; brothers, Robert Rogers, Jimmy Rogers, Michael Rogers, Steve Rogers, and Wesley Rogers;  and sisters, Emily Chappell and Carolyn Volrath.

 

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
