Senecan arrested, brass knuckles confiscated

In an arrest made by the Seneca police Friday, a 30-year old man is charged with 2nd degree assault and battery by mob.  Law enforcement records show the police arrested and charged Austin Tyrell Cousins.  He is accused in a warrant issued by the municipal judge of causing head and neck injuries to an individual on November 7 at a 123 By-Pass establishment.  An employee found a pair of brass knuckles and gave them to an investigating police officer.  The officer found the victim of the alleged assault at the hospital, noting there was blood on his face, hands, and head.
