Seneca woman accsued of burning her home

The Seneca police have built a case alleging that a resident of Hunter Street set fire to a home that she shared with others. The police today announced the charge of arson second degree against Della Josephine Howard. The police say the fire at 506 Hunter Street Saturday, November 9 started in the bathroom of the mobile home. On that date, Howard was also charged with public disorderly conduct. She remained jailed today. At the fire scene, a second resident of the home, a woman confined to a wheelchair, crawled out and yelled to her neighbors for help.
