Seneca to start to emerge from the lockdown

Seneca is announcing plans, with restrictions, to re-open certain facilities.  Starting Monday, City Hall will open to those with legitimate business concerns.  Social distancing will be strictly observed.  Public restrooms will be off limits.  Same applies to the Shaver Recreation Center.  City museums will remain closed.  The fire department will remain closed to public access, but the police station will be open.  Normal city court operations resume Monday, but only defendants, attorneys, victims, and officers will be allowed in the building.  No family members will be admitted.  For further information, call City Hall at 864/885-2700.
