Seneca “Master Plan” talk tomorrow

The elected leaders of Seneca will gather at 6 tomorrow night for their monthly work session, to be followed by a special meeting.  Up for discussion will be such matters as a city master plan and zoning changes south of the railroad.  The public may attend.  The meetings take place at City Hall.
