Seneca lawyer on pro bono honor roll

A Seneca attorney has made a list of those in their profession in South Carolina who have provided services for no fee or a reduced fee to persons of limited means or to public service or charitable groups or organizations that engage in activities to improve the law, the legal system or the legal profession. The South Carolina Court Administration congratulates Ann Sullivan and the other South Carolina lawyers who make up the Pro Bono Honor Roll for 2019. It means that in one calendar year, an honor roll attorney donated 50 or more hours of service. A Court Administration statement notes the importance this way: “These services are desperately need in South Carolina, where nearly a quarter of the citizens live at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines and qualify for free civil legal aid.
