Seneca destined for new hotel?

An official who keeps an eagle eye out for Oconee County home sales says it’s a climate for home sales in the county.  And the Seneca area may once again be fertile ground for a new hotel.  There’s talk and indication that property near the East End intersection is being acquired for hotel construction.
