Seneca close to adding new eatery

Seneca appears close to adding a new eatery.  It’s Mayberry’s Soup and Sandwiches.  And tomorrow morning the city’s Improvements Corporation meets to review how the city’s commercial building and economic development incentives programs may assist Mayberry’s in its plans for Seneca.
