Sara Payne
Westminster – Sara Ann Hall Payne, 66, wife of James Payne, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Born December 1st, 1956 in Oconee County, South Carolina, Sara was the daughter of the late John Ray Hall and Lois Patterson Galloway (Luke). Sara was a homemaker, served as a former Sunday School Teacher and of the Church of God Faith.
Sara is survived by her husband; sons, Christopher James Payne, Scott Franklin Payne (Kristen), Mark Allen Payne (Michelle); brothers, Jackie Hall, Johnny Hall, Donnie Hall; sisters, June Smith, Judy Darrow, Lillian Stephens, Vivian Chadzik; and 7 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at West View Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
